Trusted medical advice is simply a call away. Patients can choose to consult over the phone or through a video call recommended by the physician where visual diagnosis is necessary. There are no waiting times or queues and a specified time slot is dedicated to each patient.

Is everyone eligible for telehealth services provided by Al Jalila Children’s?

Teleconsultation is available to every patient between the ages of 0 and 18 and for non-urgent care. In case of an emergency, please head to the nearest Emergency Department or reach to ambulance services.

How do I pay for a teleconsultation?

Teleconsultations are covered and paid for by your insurance provider. For a list of insurance providers we work with, please click here. In the rare event your insurance provider is not included in our list, you will be billed directly and the charges will be communicated to you prior to your teleconsultation.
