• Academic Transcript
• Dean’s Letter
  i.e. Ranking Letter or Medical Student Performance Evaluation (MSPE) or College Ranking Letter to include ranking of applicant amongst the cohort

• 3 Letters of Recommendation

  You will be able to list names of recommenders and their email addresses in which you would like AJCHPRP to get in touch with to obtain your recommendation letters. A successful online registration requires 3 letters only. You will be notified as soon as your recommender submits their contribution. The following should be taken into account;

  • Recommendation letters must be submitted directly into a link offered to your recommender by AJCHPRP. AJCHPRP will ONLY accept clear scanned letters in PDF format that are uploaded by the recommender in their official capacity.
  • The LOR is to include the applicant’s full name (i.e. Surname and first ONLY), and date of birth.
  • All letters must be printed on the recommender’s institution letterhead, and bear the original institution/recommender stamp, in addition to the signature of the recommender.
• Proof of Post Medical School Exam Resulti.e. residency entrance exam such as EMSTREX, SMLE, PLAB, IFOM, MCCEE, USMLE Step 1/2/CK, AMC, etc…
