About the Fellowship

The Pediatric Orthopaedic fellowship is available for eligible candidates who have completed an accredited orthopaedic residency program and want to pursue a career in Paediatric Orthopaedics. The fellowship commences in January of each year. The duration of the fellowship is for 2 years.

The Programme is accredited by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties and is based on the CanMEDS Competency Framework. Candidates will be pursuing a clearly defined path in paediatric orthopaedic surgery delivered by highly trained faculty. The fellowship provides an excellent blend of clinical, educational, research and leasdership skills to equip candidates with the necessary skills to start their consultant career. The program affiliation with the academic institution of Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences (MBRU) serves excellent opportunity for fellows to advance their academic skills.
